Abrasion resistant, impact resistant polyurethane elastomers are an excellent solution for industrial wheels of various sizes.

Long service life and excellent physical and mechanical properties make polyurethane indispensable in the manufacture of wheels and couplings designed for high operating loads.

Hot-curing polyurethane elastomers based on TDI and MDI are used to manufacture wheels and couplings. A wide range of hardness from 30 Shore A to 75 Shore D allows for obtaining coatings with specific properties depending on the load experienced by certain models of wheels and couplings.

Thanks to special primers, the polyurethane layer adheres firmly to the metal base of the wheels. Casting technology allows for obtaining wheels with treads of various depths and configurations.

Loaders, pallet trucks, conveyors, industrial handling systems are the most popular areas of application for polyurethane wheels.

Due to its physical and mechanical properties, polyurethane is ideal for the role of a high-quality rubber substitute. Despite the fact that a polyurethane product is several times more expensive than a rubber one, this disadvantage is compensated by its durability, increased strength and wear resistance, as well as the unique stability of the polyurethane properties throughout the entire service life of the part. In addition, the method of casting polyurethane products does not require the production of expensive casting molds, which cannot be said about the production of rubber parts.
