Static mixers

Static mixers are a plastic tube with a spiral inside. It is applied for the mixing of 2K polymer products of various viscosity. Mixers vary in a set of parameters – configuration, length, diameter, and overall, they provide a high-grade blend of components into a homogeneous mixture.

The task of a static mixer is to homogenize the material, to balance the gradient of viscosity and color, block air insertions from getting into the mix, which enables delivering an exceptional quality of finished items- castings or glue joints.

The static mixer can mix:
