MiniTec handling solutions
The MiniTec linear motion technology is the ideal complement and compatible with the modular profile system. Thus, the resulting linear systems and solutions are very flexible and perfectly coordinated with each other.
For high precision requirements, the linear module has been designed with a high load-bearing capacity, which reduces the installation space to a minimum. It is designed for travel up to 2845 mm. The guide rail with standard dimensions 90 x 90 mm from our modular system is based on high-precision rail guides that are integrated into the profile system. Has a life cycle of up to 10,000 km.
The linear toothed belt module is designed for dynamic handling. It has a long stroke design and, due to its dynamics, is often used in solutions with high demands on repeat accuracy at short cycle times. The linear module with toothed belt drive is available as a complete assembly with adaptation of the connection to the required drive, or as a fully assembled individual module with drive, motor and controller. The linear axis is designed for very different implementations and areas such as multi-shaft systems, gantry robots, measuring devices, feeding and handling devices.
