Sandwich panels (gluing)
OSV production lines for the manufacturing sandwich panels by gluing allow to produce a wide range of different “sandwiches” — SIP panels, panels for windows and doors, interior partitions, noise insulation, decorative panels, etc.
The equipment is designed for the production of sandwich panels using the technology of gluing various sheet materials (metal, PVC, drywall, magnesite, OSB, polycarbonate, etc.) with a polystyrene or mineral wool insulation. For gluing, both one- and two-component adhesives can be used.
The line consists of the following units:
- Glue system — glue feeding and dispensing
- Control panel — setting all operating parameters
- Travel system for moving the comb over the application plane
- Glue application unit for uniform application of the glue layer
- Pneumatic pressing module for holding and giving the correct geometry
