Successful Started-Up of the OSV S1 3K Static unit in Ukraine

This week, our Ukrainian team successfully completed all the test trials of the OSV S1 3K Static dosing unit and successfully put into operetion for our customers from Ukraine. The equipment has already left for its new owner!

OSV S1 3K Static is a modern dosing and mixing machine designed for processing adhesive systems with a high thickener content. The model is equipped with an additional dosing line for the catalyst – the third component, which allows you to precisely adjust the reaction speed.
The total capacity of the unit reaches up to 400 g/min.

We remind you that your machine can be individually configured!
S-series units can receive a wide range of additional options and be adapted to a wide variety of production lines. Among the possibilities:
– static / roto-static / dynamic mixing heads
– different volumes of consumable containers
– integration of the heating system
– work with various fillers and additives
