Successful start-up the OSV M16 10K MDI in Poland

Last week, the OSV team successfully started-up the OSV M16 10K MDI dosing unit at our customer’s plant in Poland. The machine has passed all the tests and is currently in working order. The main application of the unit is production of details for the mining and beneficiation industry, as well as for heavy industry.

The dosing machine was designed for casting three-component polyurethane elastomers based on MDI, it includes four separate pigment dosing lines, two catalyst dosing lines, and an antifoam/antistatic agent dosing line.
