REPI pigments: new colors now available

We have expanded the range of REPI pigments, which are already available in our warehouse in Ukraine. A rich orange color has been added to the basic palette – one of the most popular among manufacturers of polymer products.

REPI pigments are concentrated one-component pastes designed for effective coloring of a wide range of polymers: polyurethanes, polyurethane foams, polyesters, polyamides, polyethylene and polypropylene. They combine well with polyol components, ensuring a uniform and stable color in the product.

The material does not contain lead and cadmium, is convenient to work with and economical to use – the recommended dosage is only 1-5% of the mass of the main component.

The following colors are available in stock:
– white
– black
– yellow
– orange
– red
– blue
– green

Pigments are suitable for elastic, rigid and semi-rigid polyurethane systems, allowing you to get a rich shade without affecting the physical and mechanical properties of the material.

Available both in retail – from 0.1 kg, and wholesale on favorable terms.

In addition to pigments, we offer the proven DABCO 33LV catalyst – an effective additive for accelerating the reaction in polyurethane foams, rigid polyurethanes and elastomers. It has proven itself well in working with materials such as Decolast, Kromcolast and Modelast.

Silicone and wax-based release agents are also available. They prevent the material from sticking to the mold, make it easier to remove products, reduce tool wear, and help to obtain a high-quality, smooth surface.
