OSV Mini AB for casting RTV-2 polymers

This week, the OSV engineering team successfully protested the OSV Mini AB installation in Kyiv, conducted personnel training, and currently the machine is already on its way to the customer’s enterprise.

The compact dosing unit OSV Mini AB is designed for casting various two-component cold curing polymers (RTV-2), silicones or adhesive systems that are mixed statically. Already in the basic version, the machine has the necessary level of automation, which makes it easy to adjust the operating parameters.

In addition to the static mixer, a static spraying mixer can also be used with this installation model. Applying elastomers or silicones to vertical and horizontal surfaces by spraying reduces raw material costs and reduces processing time.
