OSV M1 4K MDI – Dosing unit for hot elastomer casting

This week, OSV engineers completed the production of the second OSV M1 4K MDI dosing unit for the processing of two-component hot polyurethane elastomers based on MDI, which includes two additional pigment dosing lines.
Our client from Poland is already using two OSV M series units, manufactured in 2015 and 2024, for the production of automotive components. We are sincerely touched by the trust and cooperation for 10 years!
At the end of May, we plan to put the unit into operation at the customer’s company. We will tell you about the start-up and operation of the equipment in the next news releases.
