This week, a new batch of materials arrived at the warehouse in Kyiv:

— Italian silicone ZA 22 Mould on a platinum catalyst
— concentrated pigment for REPI polymers of orange color
— catalyst for polyurethane foams and plastics DABCO 33LV

Silicone ZA 22 Mould is a high-quality, durable and soft silicone for molding on a platinum catalyst with a hardness of 22 Shore A. It has a very convenient ratio – 1:1, stability of the shape in the product, excellent fluidity and accuracy of reproduction of parts, no danger to the health of the user and excellent wear resistance. The scope of use of silicone is much wider than the traditional manufacture of molds and stamps for casting concrete, gypsum, artificial stone. The platinum catalyst makes it possible to use the material in the food industry for the manufacture of molds and stencils for casting chocolate, mastic, marmalade, jelly, caramel and dough. Molds made of ZA 22 are also used for casting wax and soap in the manufacture of decorative candles and soap.

We have previously written about the availability of concentrated Italian pigments REPI in basic colors. Now we have updated the range and added a rich orange color popular among manufacturers! We work from 0.1 kg in retail. The pigment is used for coloring such polymers as polyurethanes, polyurethane foams, polyesters, polyamides, polyethylene, polypropylene.

Among other materials that we would like to offer you is the high-quality catalyst DABCO 33 in packaging from 1 kg! This is a special additive used as an accelerator for the following polymers:

— elastic and rigid polyurethane foams: Dekolast 8, Dekolast 3 and Dekolast 8IF
— rigid polyurethanes: Kromkolast 1, Modelast 1, Kromckolast 10 and Dekolast 5
— elastomers: Modelast 24, RTV 70A and RTV 45A
