Production lines

OSV production lines are equipment that is designed and manufactured to perform a number of specific production tasks. As a rule, the composition of production lines, in addition to mixing and filling machines, includes peripheral devices to provide the necessary level of automation and increase overall productivity. These can be devices for feeding, moving and fixing workpieces, conveyors, control systems, regulations and other automation systems. All production lines are developed exclusively on an individual task, together with representatives of the customer.

A striking example of the composition of such a line can be the production line of automotive filters, which has a number of devices in its composition:

– Corrugated automatic machine with a melt glue application unit
– Mixing and dosing unit
– Rotating table for working with round filters
– Coordinate manipulator for working with panel filters
– Conveyor for moving forms – Press station for filters
