Instead of using expensive CNC carving machines and highly-paid work of woodcarvers, our customers have the possibility to produce elements of décor for different kind of furniture, with pouring of polyurethane “ Dekolast” into opened and closed molds with the help of mixing and pouring machines.

Because of its high fluidity, polyurethane accurately iterates shape and texture of pouring mold, providing opportunity of single-unit or series production of identically equal details.

Formula of “Dekolast” is specially developed by chemists of “Klebchimie” company. Allows receiving castings identical to details made of nature wood. Toning and painting technology, this is offered by experts of “OSV Technologiya” company, provides exclusive similarity between natural and artificial elements.

Introduction of the "know-how" of a furniture décor of polyurethane”Dekolast” gives following advantages before traditional technologies:
