In the end of May our company has successfully completed a project for our customers from Turkey of producing of mixing and dosing machine OSV M15 for processing three-component hot curing polyurethane systems. Moreover the OSV M15 model allows to process two-component polyurethane systems where component A is prepolymer — a mixture of polyol and isocyanat in the solid form, and component B is BDO.

The main application of the hot-curing polyurethanes are details of engineering stores, which are used in mechanical engineering, mining, oil and gas, automotive, civil construction and other industries.

Design and production of equipment for processing hot-curing polyurethanes is a new stage in the development of the mixing and dosing OSV machines which has really extends the range equipment producing by OSV.
