While processing liquid hardener Neuthane CA6 and TDI-based prepolymer, we can get two-component polyurethane systems with different hardness. The number of parts of Neuthane CA6 per 100 parts of prepolymer is calculated according to the formula: % NCO of the prepolymer x 2.55 x % spichiometry.
