Mini AB
OSV Mini AB is jokingly called “the gateway to the big world of polyurethanes”, as it allows you to automate the pouring process without a large investment in equipment at the initial stage. However, very often this equipment is used in production on an industrial scale.
OSV Mini AB is a compact mixing and dosing unit designed for the casting of various two-component cold curing polymers (RTV-2), which are mixed by static mixer.
Already in the basic version, the machine has the necessary level of automation, which makes it easy to adjust the operating parameters necessary for processing, as well as to ensure quick reconfiguration of the machine when changing from one material to another.
However, it must be borne in mind that this unit cannot process hot curing materials or polyurethane foams, even with additional options.
