Polyurethane moulds for concrete casting — Wood imitation

Our client from Slovakia, Smith&partner, is carrying out an interesting and nice project — production of polyurethane casting molds to imitate wooden boards. Our colleagues internally prepared the master model for moulding in such a way that the texture of the tree is preserved in its best form.
Smith&partner use OSV S Series metering and mixing machine to cast the 2K polyurethanes.
