February 16th, we are opening a new direction in our activity - production from polymeric materials.

The basis for its creation has served experimental laboratory of OSV production area. And the main reason was the substantial increase in inquiries related to the manufacture of various products using different polymers - polyurethanes, silicones, epoxy resins and acrylic compounds. The most popular inquiry is traditionally enjoyed for complex moulds for PPU casting, coating of polyurethane on the surface of other materials (lining), case details for special equipment, seals, car tuning parts.

At the disposal of specialists mixing and dosing installations OSV Mini AB and OSV L8000 are located for working with a wide range of polymers, cold and hot curing elastomers, foams and adhesives, and new production facilities, specially trained for the new manufacturing area.

Main objectives in a work of new direction - to satisfy the growing inquiry for the manufacture of polymer parts, and providing high-quality technical support to our customers. Each project is successfully realized in the future gives us a unique opportunity pass this experience to our customers.
