OSV Technologiya produce a wide range of equipment for mixing and dispensing of various multi component polymers’ - polyurethanes, silicones, epoxy and polyester resins, glues.

Depending on production output, there are three series of machines OSV:

1.    OSV S Series – to 1 l/min
2.    OSV M Series – from 1 liter to 5 l/min
3.    OSV L Series – more than 5 l/min

Each unit is produced individually depends on customers request or we develop it together. With the exception mixing and dosing units OSV Mini AB Series are serially machines and we design it with basic packaging and set of functions.

Most of dosing units OSV are used for dosing and injection of polymeric materials into prepared mould beforehand. But some of units are equipped with additional option for spraying of materials – for example, spraying machines of moulding silicones with producing flexible molds or polyurethane elastomers with laminating protective coatings.
